Has anyone used this before? I've applies this 4 times so far (need to apply for 10 years) and there's not much differance at all. My teeth are a bit sensitive but not unbearable. If you have had any experiences with this product then I'd be interested to hear your thoughts. It cost £250 from my dentist so i'm expecting good results.

Do not use altawhite or idol white they are scams and the company has just been exposed on The Mirror Online .co .uk. You can only take your teeth back to their natural shade, whatever that was-so it depends on how much your teeth have discoloured and what strength and period of whitening you are undergoing with Polanight. Ideally you would be looking for a 10-14 day treatment at around 10-22% carbamide peroxide.
