What to eat afterwards professional teeth whitening?

I just had Zoom teeth whitening done this morning,afterwards they gave me a list of food to avoid in the next 48 hours. However, tonight I am going to dinner with my cousin and just want to know what are some "safe" non-bleaching foods I can order? I don't want to cancel, I don't want to eat something that will stain my teeth, but I also don't want to starve (not eat)...any suggestions?? I don't know where we are going for dinner by the way
