my teeth are looking bad i want to whiten them kuz i feel emebrassed when i smile and stuff. does it hurt is it sensetive after(like eating a lemon) does it give stains if you eat stuff the first days? helppp any help wpuld be good thanks! 10 points for best answerrrr=]

Hi, I had the same problem until I used Crest Advanced Whitening strips, which cost about $32.00. You have to use it for 7 days and it leaves your teeth looking really white, but it doesn't over-due the whiteness. It looks natural and healthy. You only leave the strips on for 30 mins and you can't eat while you have the strips on. They only start hurting your gums if you leave them on for longer than 30 minutes. Try them, you'll love them. I did! But make sure you follow the directions on the box. For example, if you skip a couple of days it might not have the same effect as if you used it according to what the instructions tell you. By the way, drinking too much coffee or wine or grape juice can stain teeth. So can blueberries and cigarettes.
