Crest white strips have home ingredidents like peroxide....could I make something at home that would have the same whitening power (maybe more but still be safe?)

if ur really willing to do it mix peroxide and baking soda and apply on teeth DONT SWALLOW IT. leave it on for 5 minutes and rinse it off. do it every day along with brishing teeth and
