I have heard this can make the teeth sensitive and weaken the enamel. Has anyone else heard this report? What is good today , will be no good tomorrow.

Yes..it does both and if you have a lot of tooth decay the stronger whitenings would be out of the question because your mouth would be in agony from the sensitivity. If you have good teeth you can do the stronger ones..otherwise use the crest strips. This is what my dentist suggested to me because I had lots of cavities.
