I am going to get my front teeth bonded in about a month due to these bright white stains i have always had on them. However I wanted to whiten my teeth beforehand because I have heard that you cannot whiten bonded teeth. Is this true? and if it is, is it a good idea to whiten my teeth before I have them bonded? and finally what is the best at-home tooth whitener product?

Check with your dentist. I would have him/her whiten them because it is much quicker and will give much better results than an at-home whitening kit. You want them their truest color to get a good match with the bonding. For future maintenance of your whitened teeth, ask the dentist which product you can use that will not harm the bonding. Good luck!
