Have you had your teeth whiten at the dentist's office?

How was your experience? How did you feel about the cost, was it worth it? How long did your teeth stay white/whiter for? Any negative effects?

yes, i have like 4 yrs ago. Every office has a different fee, price range probably from $400 to $600. In my case, i really like the way my teeth turned out to be. Everyone told me they looked amazing. so i guess it really was worth it. Every 6 months you have to do a touch up, because after a while your teeth do discolor due to coffee, tea, wine, smoking, etc.. After getting your teeth bleached you'll be VERY sensitive especially that same day. My doc recommended me to take some pain meds. You can also get a fluoride rinse or ask your doc about a fluoride appliance, it will reduce the sensitivity.
