On a few sites i've read that you can either brush with baking soda or hydrogen peroxide (or both) to whiten your teeth in 2-3+ months. I'm just wondering if anyone knows from experience if that is possible and if there are any side effects to brushing with those. My teeth aren't crazy yellow but they look like they're starting to change color so i'm trying to get a headstart on this before they become more yellow.

Yes. Most teeth whitening products have these ingredients in them. Don't waste your money. Swish with hydrogen peroxide before you brush every night. You'll notice a difference after about a week. Check out some of my "source" web pages below for extra tips.
