do they really work? what's the best kind to get?

I use Crest white strips 7day or 14 day. I guess the 14day is probably better because they are used over a longer period of time. Don't get the trays! I personally didn't like them. They don't conform to your teeth like the strips do. You can start another package as soon as you finish the others. I typically use them every 6 months along with a eletrical toothbrush, whitening toothpaste and a dental cleaning 3 times a year. I get many compliments on my pearly whites! Goodluck!
