What's the best product to whiten teeth?

In the past, I have used a few different products. I have used Listerine dissolve strips, Aqua Fresh trays, Listerine Whitening mouth wash, Arm and Hammer Baking Soda Whitening toothpaste, and the regular toothpastes with whitening in them. I found some success with Aquafresh trays and Baking Soda toothpaste. FROM YOUR EXPERIENCE, what works well? I have thinking of trying some of Crest's Pro Health products, but would like to look into it before spending that sort of money on it.

There are many ways to whiten teeth. It can be a surgery process, if you are willing to spend money (if you would like this alternative please ask a dentist for further information). But the best ways to whiten teeth inexpensively are... 1. Crest White Strips. Use them for a few days and you'll definitely see the difference on your teeth. There is a long term pack which is slightly expensive at $30, but you can simply buy the smaller pack. It is said that Crest White Strips remove from 5-10 years of dirtiness! 2. Crest Pro-Health toothpaste. This is from a reliable brand, and is the toothpaste which has the best and most benefits. From removing plaque to whitening teeth to freshening you breathe, it beats all toothpaste. I highly recommend this as toothpaste. There are some chewing gums that claim to whiten teeth and freshen breathe, but I am not sure the reliability of that. For toothbrushes, I recommend using Oral-B ones. You can use their electrical or manual toothbrushes, but I recommend looking for a manual one that suits your needs since there is a great variety of their toothbrushes. Also, look for a good brand of mouthwash (Listerine or Crest) that also suits your needs. The most important thing is to brush after every meal and floss at least once a day. Trust me, I was a slacker when it came to dental health, and now after I actually take care of my teeth, I feel good and they look good. And don't forget to cut on dark drinks (tea, coffee) and sugary ones (pop) too!
