I heard that it forms into a thick liquid (almost a paste) after rinsing with it for 60 seconds. I wonder if it is supposed to whiten your teeth long term or just for the day? I looked at a bottle of it at Target the other day and the bottle advertising made no claims as to how it works. Just wondering if anyone had any results from this product.

I have but I didn't like the taste, I like cool mint Listerine. Also, I always keep a pack of Listerine breath strips in my purse and it really does freshen your mouth after a meal. I have asked my dentist last week about Listerine and she said it is fine. Listerine can dry out some people's mouth but not some. So it depends on how it affects you depends on if you should use it.
