How can i whiten my teeth in a week?

My im light skinned so my teeth look pretty yellow. any suggestions in how to whiten them?

You can get them professionally whitened. You can get crest whitening strips. You can use whitening toothpaste. I have also heard about these things where you stick this thing that is a mold of your teeth with gel on it and you stick it in your mouth and have the gel stick to your teeth or something like that. you sleep with it in and take it out in the morning and you actually have a noticeable difference. (i got that from an answer on here. a girl asked something about whitening her teeth and i just remember that answer). i have not tried any of these because i have braces, but i've looked into it considering i'm getting my braces off in two weeks :] ask your dentist on the last one & hope i helped!
