Hi all, I bought today bicarbonate soda, how much bicarbonate soda should I add to a regular glass of water (15 cm high) does it mater, or is it used in another way to whiten teeth? I think you mix it (bicarbonate soda powder) with water and then hold the solution in your mouth, am i correct?

You can make a paste of baking soda & hydrogen peroxide and brush gently w/ it several times weekly. This will only remove surface stains. If your teeth are very discolored this will NOT do the trick. You may have to consider a tooth whitening procedure by your dentist.
