Crest Whitening Strips I'm an x-smoker, coffee and tea lover and let's just say my teeth turn colors other than white. I noticed a difference in the color of my teeth with one use of these. It doesn't take a entire box for one whitening. I've been using one box for the past year or so. I get my teeth cleaned and than use the strips for a few days. I use them once a day as I found my teeth got very sensitive with more usage.
