What are the best home teeth whiteners that you have used?

What is your usual routine for whitening your teeth and keeping them white?

I haven't found one that is pleasing yet,but deffinetely don't use Crest Whitening Strips. They don't stay on and slide around your mouth. The Aquafresh trays look good but I haven't tried them yet- so I guess I would suggest those.
