I recommend a Flouride paste that has hit the media, recently. Depending upon the stains (discoloration) on your teeth now and the severity, I might consider a visit to your dentist or dental clinic for suggestions and / or teatments. Give your friend and theirs ALL THE BEST WISHES during thier nupituals. :-)
