i have just resintly go my braces on 4 months ago an i was noticeing that they are not as white has they were so can you whiten your teeth with braces on an how?? thank you!

Don't use any teeth whitening with braces on. It will whiten some portion of your teeth only so you may get unevenly colored teeth when the braces are removed.
