no matter how many times a day i brush my teeth, they never stay as white as when the dentist polishes them... what are some good ways to whiten them>?

I use Crest Whitening Strips twice a year. After I have completed each whitening process I use Crest Vivid White tooth paste to boost the color and even everything out. I also suggest you invest in an electric tooth brush, this will help naturally whiten your teeth and keep them that way. Good Luck!
