I heard that you can use baking soda to whiten your teeth but i tried it and it didnt work. I would do it 3 times a week for 1 month but it just got a little bit whiter. What can i do to make using baking soda more effectively? If there are any other ways to whiten your teeth could you tell me. Thanks!

1.use peroxide! thats what dentist use to whiten teeth! use a Q-tip to apply it to your teeth. rub it on your teeth but be careful, try not to get it on your gums(it will burn them- the edges will turn white) keep rubbing your teeth with the peroxide ...after a while of being on there (if you arent producing too much saliva) the peroxide will start to turn into a jelly like substance! .... leave it on there for a little longer and then wash it away..... (dont do this after you have brushed your teeth and dont brush them afterwarts, do it in between brushings) you might see a little whitening right away...i did! but i guess it just depends how yellow your teeth are! do it twice a week. 2. buy a whitening kit (the strips are better than just the liquid stuff! and of course use a whitening tooth paste
