I live in the Uk, and all though we're not renowned for the best dental hygene it's always important to keep a nice bright smile. My teeth are looking a bit dull and yellowed, so I'd like to get them whitened. I've heard about laser, clinics that can bleach them, and also bleaching kits for home use? What's my best bet for getting whiter teeth? I'd like as cheap an option as possible, but I'm willing to pay extra for a better result. Are there any good brands or companies that you know are good? Thanks.

Baking Soda is a great teeth whitener. Sprinkle a little on your toothbrush before the paste goes on.
