I really want my teeth white!! and yes I brush them! But I was wondering what has worked best for you to whiten your teeth? Is there anything at home I can use? If not whats the best whitening thing to get and around how much is it? thanks for the help!!

Hi Cashew, If you want to whiten teeth at home you have several options - your first option are natural whitening methods (strawberries, banana peels, parsley leaves). Natural whitening methods are cheap (they cost almost nothing), but it takes some time before you will be able to see the effect. Your second option is using hydrogen peroxide - use 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide, dip your toothbrush in it and brush your teeth. After you're done, spit out the remaining and rinse your mouth. You can also mix hydrogen peroxide with baking soda for better effect. Your third option are home whitening kits - you can buy them online or better order free trial and test them. They cost some money, but are very effective and I believe they are worth trying. There is also a fourth option - dentist whitening. It's expensive (it costs much more than home whitening kits), but the effect is really fast. Unfortunately I can't tell you which option is the best for you - because your teeth are unique, you will have to try some methods and decide which one suits you best. Especially if you have any problems with teeth, you might want to consult with your dentist.
