What is the best, quickest way to whiten your teeth at home?

which way is best? strips, trays, those click pens with the gel in them? which one is easiest and fastest?
--------------------
I have heard mixed things about this technique, but it definitely works (from personal experience). Mix together baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to make a paste and rub it on to your teeth / mix together equal amounts of hydrogen peroxide and water to create a mouthwash. do either of these techniques twice a day, as well as brushing with a whitening toothpaste. hydroggen peroxide is actually the active ingredient in whitestrips, so it definitely does the job. I've done it and noticed results after just a few days .. this is also an incredibly cheap way to whiten teeth. if you're apprehensive of this technique, crest whitestrips premium work really well (although are about 40$). These whiten your teeth within a few days, but some problems can arise by using them such as increased tooth sensitivity and having the strips slip off your teeth. there are some whitening systems that come with a tray, but from my experience they do not work very well because the tray does not easily conform to your mouth shape, and the whitening is very badly distributed and they are uncomfortable to wear. I noticed somebody below said to use lemon .. do not do this! The acid in the lemon will whiten your teeth, but it will also cause significant enamel damage because the acid will wear it down. also, techniques using strawberries are equally as bad because they also contain large amounts of acid that can wreak your teeth. hope this helps .. good luck
