i wanna whiten up my teeth more, but how?? what toothpaste and whitening strip should i use? please dont just say colgate or crest,, please say the exac name and why

I have used the Crest Renewal Whitening Strips and they worked awesome! It's a 10 day treatment, but I only did 5 days and saved the other 5 because they whitened so fast. I also use the Crest Advance mouth wash because it doesn't contain alcohol so you don't get the burn of Listerine, but it still does the same job.
