is it bad to use several teeth whiteners together?

i have whitening tooth paste, strips, and mouth wash. is that too much to use?

Paste and mouthwash are not very effective to use, You could save some money and just use the strips they are the most effective, but do remember once you start it will be an ongoing maintenance to continue to have that appearance. To answer your question yes it could be because the products actually etch the enamel of the tooth, which wear down the enamel over time.
