Is there any true method or way to whiten the yellowish teeth?

Should I go to a dentist or just brush up regularly or is there any third option or remedy

Baking soda will remove stains on your teeth, which isn't the same as whitening them. If your teeth aren't white underneath those surface stains, then they won't be white afterwards either. Just slightly wet your toothbrush and dip it the baking soda, then brush normally.
