Question about teeth whitening kit. A dentist's advice would be good?

So about 4 days ago i bought a teeth whitening kit off ebay. Its 44% bleach, and it comes with a UV light thing and all the proper gear. I just wanted to know is it safe to use before i actually use it? I know the strongest you can get over the counter is literally only about 6% or something like that and i wanted a fast result hence why i bought a kit with 44% Thanks in advance.

I am not a dentist I have, however, used MANY different types of whitening products and I have purchased and used one from e-bay that is 30% peroxide(or bleach as you are calling it) and it says not to use for more than 5 minutes and to avoid gums or put a paste of baking soda on your gums or something I try very hard to keep it off of them after the first time I used it they were burning and RED and sore for days because I hadn't read the directions!!!! so let me tell you that 44% is a VERY strong solution and may be strong enough to blister your gums and make them bleed I would make CERTAIN to read the instructions to a T and be extra careful with this it is a very strong solution--Good Luck =D
