Over the counter whitening strips work well at removing surface stains like tea and coffee, but they don't work great if you dental cleaning is over due. I prefer either Rembrandt white strips b/c they have a foam guard that is easy to wear or the new Crest white strips that grip better than the old ones. This is great for a slight change to get rid of years of coffee, tea, cola, wine, and tobacco. If you don't have a lot of these stainings you need professional whitening. To save money use take home kits from your dentist. They make you trays and you do it at home. Whitening lights are a waste of money, but in office paint on gel is the strongest and fastest way to do it but more expensive.
