teeth whitening strips?

Yes, they do work. The strips, like Crest 3D or some of the other brands, can make your teeth a couple of shades whiter; definitely enough to be noticed in most cases. However, they will not work miracles. If your teeth are really dark or very yellow, they will not give you a movie-star's smile. The only way to get that is to undergo professional treatment from a dentist. Of course, professional whitening starts at about $500. Some procedures, like veneering, can go much, much higher than that. For most people that's just too expensive and unnecessary. If you want to try the whitening strips, go ahead. Just follow the directions carefully and give it a couple of weeks to see results. Good luck!!
