Fastest/Most efficient. Let's just say I need whiter teeth by next week. I've been contemplating over the Crest "White Strips" and the Aquafresh "Whitening Tray". Hmm. Which one do you recommend? Thanks in advance! P.S. I know I posted his in the "face" category already; I didn't realize. Sorry.

I would go with Crest White Strips. I noticed a significant difference in about a week. Use along with a tooth whitening toothpaste and mouth wash and you will be good to go.
