I have some Equate whitening strips that expired in November of 2007. Are they safe to use? Do they still whiten teeth?

I don't know about safety, but they probably won't work anymore. Tooth whitening materials break down after a while and lose effectiveness. There should be a toll-free number or other contact information for the manufacturer. They should be able to answer your concerns.
