Good teeth whitening kit you can buy at Boots or UK supermarket?

I have healthy teeth, never had a filling etc but would like them to be a bit whiter. I wouldn't like Hollywood white, just a bit whiter. Also if you whiten your teeth using these kits and they go too white will they ever reduce it whiteness lol? Thanks xx

Tooth whitening only lasts a short while - for it to be effective you'd need to keep doing it so yes those kits should reduce in whiteness. If you want it done properly and don't want any harm to your teeth don't use a supermarket kit go to a dentist instead. Yes they would be more expensive, however they effect would last much longer so it would eventually work out cheaper as you wouldn't need it to be done as often as you would with a supermarket kit. I compared with one of my friends who used one brought from superdrugs i think it was and i did the zoom whitening with the dentist and with the home kit my teeth don't need to be whitened for a good year where as she does it more than once a month and her teeth get very sore. sorry couldn't be more help
