I bought this Luster 1 Hour White whitening kit at Wal-Mart, and followed the directions to the T. After much investigation, though, my teeth are absolutely no whiter. Will Wal-mart take the product back even though it has been used? The box doesn't say anything about a money back guarantee but I am pretty sure Wal-Mart itself has some sort of Satisfaction Guarantee. So will they take it back or am I stuck?

The one I work with will take anything back in within 90 days. I've seen it done with food that dosen't taste right including half eaten lobster. I believe that your case is legit but it's sad how many people abuse this policy. To make it simple, Yes they will take it. But from an employee stand point I would contact the company first (remember walmart dosen't make these products, just sells them) instead of causing the store to take the loss.
