Is it more effective to put whitening strips on then brush your teeth, or brush your teeth whiten?

I whiten my teeth then brush them, which is more effective?

I hope you're not going crazy with the whitening, especially if you're young. Whitening your teeth will make them sensitive, and teeth aren't meant to be really white anyway. Don't buy into all the crap that people want to sell you after they convince you that what you have naturally isn't good enough.
