I really want my teeth to be white-er, What is the best toothpaste for whitening teeth ?

I need one which will whiten my teeth from day one, which can show a significant improvement to the whiteness of my teeth.

I've tried several and found Colgate Whitening with Tartar Protection is the best. It doesn't cause my teeth to be sensitive the why Crest does. After brushing, swish a capful of hydrogen peroxide for about 5 seconds, and then rinse your mouth with mouthwash. This technique works great!
