I got my braces off today and was given a clear, plastic retainer to wear at nights. Would it harm the plastic if I were to put teeth whitening solution in the plastic retainer and wear it over night?

I saw a video done by an Orthodontist showing how on youtube, but I wouldn't. I don't see how it would work that well. Ask your orthodontist or try some strips/paint on you can buy at the store
