I was looking for an affective teeth whitening product, some thing similar to the crest whitening strips and better. Thank You, And Happy Answering

The most effective whitening is going to be found at your local dentist's office. There are several options for whitening. The fastest way is a light activated gel system done right at your dentist's office. It takes about an hour to an hour and a half. Instant results. It's also the most expensive at around $500-600. Another great method is whitening trays. An impression is taken of your teeth at your dentist's office and trays are made of a rubber type material to fit your mouth only. You put a gel inside the trays and wear them overnight for 2-3 weeks. This cost anywhere from $250-$400. If you are looking for a cheap method the crest whitestrips are an ok choice too. You wear them 2 times a day for 30 minutes. The number of weeks depends on which type you buy. My recommendation is go to a dentist's office and buy them there. They are 80% stronger than the ones in the store (a fact given out by Crest themselves) because it's a "prescription strength". They cost about $50. Always remember you get what you pay for. You will get better whitening if you spend a bit more money. My personal recomendation is the trays from the dentist. They are the midrage in price and you get to keep the trays forever. If you want to do a "touch up" a year down the road just buy more gel from the dentist and use the same trays.
