In usa. I see a lot of people went to do whitening teeth and it really good and look a lot better..it any affect after that? What about the toothpaste, is that true that it will thin your teeth?

There are newer whiteners with peroxide that dont harm the enamel of your teeth. ALL o-t-c whiteners are temporary. If you want it to last you have to get the whitening treatment from the dentist's office that runs about $2,000. I have tried them all, and the best over the counter one is the new rembrant system. It is a two hour whitening kit, and toothpaste, and mouthwash. The tooth paste leaves a nasty aftertaste, and it takes a while to get used to the amount of peroxide, but it literally was really noticeable by the third day, and the mouthwash really does smooth out any roughness in the enamel of your teeth.
