I got a power chain for my braces, and the color on it makes my teeth really yellow. I can't change the color for a while and I can't use whitening strips because of the braces. Have any tips to make my teeth look whiter?

seriously, i have the same thing. next time, ask if they can do a wire powerchain. the colours just represent strengths of chain, so maybe you could get coloured? anyway here are the tips brush after every single meal! Before bed, brush with toothpaste floss (optional here) ( after this flossing or brushing, brush with mouthwash every other night) use a sulca brush and brush everywhere with toothpaste, then quick rinse with mouthwash. where you see the couloured bits, brush them off with the sulca brush.If you didn't floss earlier on, then floss NOW! you must floss. Rinse and gargle with mouthwash. rinse using this i have BEAUTIFUL white teeth, and my powerchains had minimal staining (when they were in, then i got all wire). just brush every other night with mouthwash though, and be gentle! if your gums are bleeding when you brush, you are too harsh. it's ok aif they bleed a little when you floss, that's normal. people always comment on how white my teeth are!
