i am about to get my braces off and i need to whiten my teeth, what do you suggest? i am going to get the strips, but i dont know which brand works the best. help please. thanks!

If you're going to try any kind of teeth whitening method, you might want to try the Crest Whitestrips. I tried the free sample of Crest Whitestrips and I can tell you I noticed a difference after 3 or 4 days, but my family noticed a difference within 2 days. I didn't think my teeth were that yellow to begin with :P I have heard of people having sensitive teeth after but I did have that problem.
