I have thought about using the dentist but I really can't afford that right now. I want to know (from experience) what the best is. Ever since my adult teeth grew in they have been yellow tinted.

Mix baking soda and peroxide in a bowl till you get a paste. Brush your teeth with it once a week. I've done it twice (2 weeks) and I already see improvement. Very cheap; I had the two ingredients lying around the house already. Don't do it more than once a week though cause it can rip the enamel off and cause damage.
