Will teeth whitening strips eat the surface of my teeth away? Is there a certain type of whitening strip I can get that won't damage my teeth? Is it okay that I have fillings? Will the strips eat out the fillings? I wanna make my teeth whiter without destroying them. My braces already ground them down and I don't want to make it any worse. I've used teeth whitening toothpaste but that did nothing.

You shouldn't use them more than once a week. You might start eating away at the enamel.
