the strips (crest) you can buy are ok - they make a difference but it is not dramatic. There is a new item I am currently trying it is called "Celebrity Sexy Teeth" - they have a website but i bought it for $20 less on ebay (brand new and sealed). I am feeling it is about the same results as the strips (so far) but FAR easier and more convenient to use. You just 'paint it on' and you are done! Dental whitening is supposed to be the most effective but VERY costly - my local dentist price is $500.00
