Crest Whitestrips work... some are faster than others so pick what works for you. Whitening can cause sensitivity, so be sure to use a fluoride toothpaste for sensitive teeth at the same time. For best results, begin the treatment after visiting the dental hygienist. If you have tartar on your teeth, the whitestrips aren't going to whiten that. PS. Swishing with peroxide can cause black staining on your teeth.
