About 2 yrs ago I finally got my braces removed. I have to say my dentist didn't do that good of a job cleaning the glue off. I can still feel the glue on several of my teeth. He basically just filed each section of glue down so it wasn't so thick. I really want to have some type of teeth whitening procedure done but I'm worried about having yellow spots from the glue. What should I do?

First off, take an object and try to scrape the glue off, then brush it off with a toothbrush. Don't worry about it leaving squares, as it should not. Also, do NOT go get your teeth professionally whitened. It is not worth the money at all. Go to your orthodontist and pick up Crest whitestrips PREMIUM. They last for 30 days (twice a day) and will cost around $70. Much, much cheaper than retail stores or having your smile professionally done. I used these products and your teeth will be so white it is ridiculous. They work extremely well if you get the premium. Also if you have an essix (clear) retainer you can use it to hold the strips in place, and they will be no hassle at all. Hope it helps.
