I heard that because it is a strip then the yellowing will still remain between teeth since it cannot get between teeth. ** Also how long does it take before i can notice a difference?

The strength or concentration of whitening agent is much too low to have a substantial effect. They also don't cover enough surface area to do a good job and do not get interproximally, as you already stated. And your saliva serves to inactivate and dilute the action. Try bleaching trays with prescription strength bleach (22% carbamide peroxide) or pay for an in-office powerbleach like Zoom or Brite-White. Just remember, crowns and white-colored fillings don't bleach, so you may have to redo the restorations or be very cautious not to overbleach. And be careful not to create microporosities in the enamel; this will damage your teeth.
