It isnt very strong, but it does work. I would recommend whitening your teeth with a kit, then using this to preserve the whitening. That's what I do. You can use it with braces, but be careful. If you whiten your teeth while wearing braces, You will have yellow spots where the metal stubs used to be after you get them off. I would wait until they are off and do the whitening at one time.
