I don't want to go out an buy a kit or special tooth paste... So how can I get glistening whites at home? (Besides the obvious brushing&mouthwash)

Put a heaping amount of table salt on your tooth brush and brush for 5 minutes, Rinse with lukewarm water, then put a regular amount of toothpaste on the brush and add salt directly on top of the paste, brush for 3 minutes, rinse, and you will have a great new smile!:)
