want my teeth bleached as i have given up smoking but i cant really afford alot i got a max of £250 but my teeth are really stained any suggestions?

try getting a scale and polish first..........you are not going to find any dentist to do bleaching for less than £300.........and you can only get it done by a dentist according to General Dental Council regulations....so if you do go ahead with it do not go to a beauty salon, because they are breaking the law by offering this treatment.
