I got custom fitted trays from my dentist and I'm using their professional white trays. It's worked better than any of the over the counter whitening strips. I have used Crest White strips which tend to slip around a lot & Rembrandt strips. I know the fitted trays with professional whitenener have worked very quickly and the results are the best I've ever had. See if you can get them done at your dentist office where they can make you whitening trays or look into Zoom whitening which is definitely the quickest way to whiten your teeth! Good luck. Edit: It only ruins your teeth if you overdo it. Don't whiten your teeth more than twice a year. If you have sensitivity and most people do, try to whiten every other day until you finish.
