What product do you recommend for whitening teeth?

I know this question has been ask before, but I was wondering more opinions from different users. I was using the Pre-Rinse Whitening Listerine mouthwash kind but I had to stop using it since my tounge is pierced, the alcohol in it was making the hole sore. So, I recently bought the alcohol free mouthwash that Crest makes. Can you name good toothpaste brands or whitening strips that show actual result?? Also, if you have any before or after pictures, that would be awesome. Thank you all in advance.

Depending on your age, the Crest Whitening Strips work just fine, for older individuals with more years of stain, the best solution is to go to your dentist and have molded trays made of your teeth and the solution sits in the trays for 1/2 hour-1 hour a day for a couple of weeks. There are over the counter trays also, kinda of like the boil n bite ones, but for the best results a custom mold is the way to go. Hope this helps!
